Beads Max Classic-S is a soft-type cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) body filler made in South Korea. Its softer gel is designed for body areas where a more flexible, natural-feeling volume is preferred. It is supplied in a 10 ml pre-filled syringe and is intended for body volume restoration and contouring as specified in the official Instructions for Use (IFU). It is not intended for facial use. Soft vs. Hard: Choosing Within the Range

Beads Max body fillers come in two firmness levels with the same HA concentration. A softer gel tends to feel more flexible in tissue and is easier to mould, while a firmer gel gives more structural support. The physician chooses the product according to the treatment area, tissue condition and desired result.

Administration

• For use only by licensed physicians trained in large-volume body filler injection, sterile technique, body vascular anatomy and the management of filler complications.
• Large-volume injections should be performed under strict aseptic conditions in a suitable medical facility.
• Injection depth, technique, volume and treatment interval must follow the IFU and the treating physician’s judgment.
• Do not self-administer.

Precautions

• This is an injectable medical procedure. Discomfort or pain during and after treatment is possible.
• Common reactions include redness, swelling, pain, tenderness and bruising at the injection site.
• Large-volume HA injection carries risks of infection, abscess, palpable lumps or nodules, capsule formation, migration of the gel, asymmetry and delayed inflammatory reactions.
• Accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause vascular occlusion and tissue damage.
• Breast use: HA gel in breast tissue can interfere with mammography and other breast imaging, and may make breast cancer screening harder to interpret. Injection of HA for aesthetic breast augmentation is prohibited or restricted in some countries. Check local regulations before any use in the breast, and patients should tell their radiologist about any previous injection.
• Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Practitioners should keep hyaluronidase and an emergency protocol available.
• Seek medical attention immediately for severe or increasing pain, fever, redness, skin colour change or discharge after treatment.
• Do not use if the packaging is damaged, the syringe is cracked or the product is past its expiry date.
• Single use only. One syringe, one patient. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store according to the instructions on the carton and in the IFU, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Refer to the carton for the expiry date.
