Chaeum Premium 1 (THE CHAEUM Premium No.1)

Chaeum Premium 1 is a monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler with lidocaine from Hugel, South Korea. Its official name is THE CHAEUM Premium No.1. It is the softest gel in the four-product Premium line and is designed for placement in the superficial to mid dermis. Each box contains two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes. Where Chaeum Premium 1 Fits in the Line

• The Premium line includes four products, No.1 to No.4, which differ in cross-linking rate, gel firmness and recommended injection depth.
• No.1 has the lowest cross-linking rate (1 of 4) and the lowest viscosity in the line, making it the option intended for fine lines.
• According to the manufacturer, the gel is cross-linked at low temperature over an extended time and purified by long-term dialysis to produce an even, stable gel structure.

Intended Use

• Designed for the correction of fine lines and superficial wrinkles.
• Injection depth: superficial to mid dermis.
• Specific treatment areas, technique and volume must follow the official Instructions for Use (IFU) and the treating physician’s assessment.

Results and duration vary between individuals depending on treatment area, technique, skin condition and metabolism.

Administration

• For use only by licensed healthcare professionals trained in dermal filler injection and in the management of filler complications.
• Contains 0.3% lidocaine to help reduce discomfort during injection.
• Do not self-administer.

Precautions

• Common reactions include redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising and lumps at the injection site.
• Accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause vascular occlusion, which may lead to skin necrosis or, rarely, vision loss. Areas around the eyes and between the brows require particular care.
• Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Practitioners should have hyaluronidase and an emergency protocol available.
• Seek medical attention immediately if there is severe pain, skin blanching or colour change, or any change in vision after treatment.
• Do not use if the packaging is damaged, the syringe is cracked or the product is past its expiry date.
• Single use only. One syringe, one patient. Keep out of reach of children.

• People with known allergy to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide-type local anaesthetics
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women
• People with infection, inflammation or skin disease at the treatment area
• People with bleeding disorders or taking medicines that affect blood clotting
• People with autoimmune disease, a history of keloids or severe allergies
• People under 18 years of age

Storage

Store between 2°C and 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Follow the IFU for detailed storage conditions.
