Regenovue Fine Plus is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler with lidocaine from NeoGenesis Co., Ltd., South Korea. It is the softest gel in the Regenovue range, designed for injection into the upper dermis to correct superficial wrinkles and fine lines. It contains 24 mg/ml cross-linked HA and 0.3% lidocaine. “Plus” indicates the version with lidocaine. Each box contains one 1.1 ml pre-filled syringe. For use by licensed physicians only.

The Regenovue Range

The Regenovue range includes three gels of increasing firmness, each available with lidocaine (“Plus”) or without. All three contain 24 mg/ml HA. They differ in gel firmness, not concentration. The physician selects the product according to the treatment area and tissue depth.

• Regenovue Fine / Fine Plus: The softest gel, for superficial wrinkles in the upper dermis.
• Regenovue Deep / Deep Plus: A medium gel for moderate to deep wrinkles, nasolabial folds and lips, in the lower dermis and upper subcutaneous tissue.
• Regenovue Sub-Q / Sub-Q Plus: The firmest gel, for deep wrinkles and volume in the lower subcutaneous tissue.

Administration

• For use only by licensed physicians trained in facial anatomy, filler injection techniques and the management of filler complications.
• Inject under aseptic conditions into the dermis as specified in the IFU.
• Not intended for deep volume restoration, tear trough correction or lip augmentation. Firmer gels in the range are designed for deeper use.
• Injection depth, technique, volume and treatment interval must follow the IFU and the treating physician’s judgment.
• Do not self-administer.

Precautions

• Common reactions include redness, swelling, pain, tenderness, itching and bruising at the injection site.
• Lumps, visible product or bluish discoloration (especially after superficial injection), asymmetry, infection and delayed inflammatory reactions may occur.
• Accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause vascular occlusion, skin necrosis and, rarely, visual impairment or blindness.
• Contains lidocaine. Not suitable for people with known allergy to lidocaine or other amide-type local anaesthetics.
• Do not inject into areas with skin inflammation, infection, open wounds or damaged skin.
• Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Practitioners should keep hyaluronidase and an emergency protocol available.
• Seek medical attention immediately for severe or increasing pain, skin blanching or colour change, or any change in vision after treatment.
• Do not use if the packaging is open or damaged, the syringe is cracked or the product is past its expiry date.
• Single use only. One syringe, one patient. Do not re-sterilise. Keep out of reach of children.

Who Should Consult a Physician First

• People with known allergy to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide-type local anaesthetics
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women
• People with infection, inflammation or skin disease at the treatment area
• People with bleeding disorders or taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication
• People with autoimmune disease, a tendency to hypertrophic scars or keloids, or severe allergies
• People with permanent fillers or implants in the treatment area
• People under 18 years of age

After Treatment

Follow the aftercare instructions in the IFU and those given by the treating physician.

Store at 2–25°C. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing. Refer to the carton for the expiry date.
